TECH stringer technology of the Wave

The new TECH stringer on the Wave All-Round range is Aquatone's most advanced technology for inflatable paddle boards. The Stringer is a 13 cm wide PVC reinforcement that increases the board's stiffness. The result is breathtaking, this technology makes it possible to obtain an extremely stiff board with superior performance and a reduced weight.

Drop-stitch + Stringer

Constructed of premium quality PVC for superior stiffness and maximum pressure (15 PSI). The drop-stitch technology combined with a stringer offers the board maximum stiffness for a safe practice

EVA Pad

The Wave range includes a soft EVA pad with a ray diamond pattern with a thickness of 4 mm for excellent grip and optimal comfort.

Carry handle

The central neoprene handle provides a solid and comfortable support. It is equipped with a rubber reinforcement for greater strength and a good grip. This handle makes it easy to carry your board.

Bungee system

The bungee system is located at the back of the board. It allows you to store a waterproof bag safely without fear of it falling into the water.

Push-in fin

9"/22 cm fin with molded nylon construction. No tools are required for installation, just slide and lock it. Durable and reliable, it offers maximum glide with optimized effort. This is a standard fin for all Aquatone inflatable paddle boards.

D-rings

The design of the D +2 +4 +1 rings applies to the entire Wave range. The two D-rings in the middle of the board can be used to fix a kayak seat.

Why choose the All-Round Wave inflatable paddle board?

The length of the board will determine the type of use, in short, the longer the board, the better the glide. If the board is short, the glide is worse but the board is more manageable. For stability, it is necessary to refer to the width of the board, the wider a board is, the more stable it is. However, a wide board with a large volume will push more water and will be slower than a thinner model which will be much less stable. Thickness plays an important role in the stiffness of the board, the thicker a board is, the stiffer it is and therefore more stable.
The Drop-Stitch + Stringer technology offers the board an incomparable level of stiffness for even greater performance. The 15 cm thickness combined with a width of 81 cm offers a good level of stability. In addition, with a classic shape, the All-Round Wave models are accessible to all and are suitable for beginners as well as intermediate riders.
