14 days to change your mind

You may return a product within 14 days of delivery.


How to proceed?

You have to start a return (log on to your account and click on RMA. at the top of the screen). Our fater-sales team will give you a return number and a return form you will have to print out and attach to the parcel. Nootica retains the right to accept or refuse the return.



Products must be returned to Nootica in perfect condition for resale, perfectly packed in their original packaging (with all accessories, user guide...).

If the product includes a warranty document or any other form to fill out, these documents must not be filled out so that the Buyer can exercise his/her cancellation right.

Incomplete or damaged products, or products with damaged packaging will not be refunded or replaced.

- a refund

- store credit to be used on

The cost of returning any unwanted product will be at your expense.

Your order hasn't been shipped yet? Drop us a line right here and let us know you want to cancel your order.


What if you didn't get the right products?

In the event that you receive an item you did not order, kindly use our contact form and let us know. We will then take care of the product return as soon as possible and refund you or exchange the item upon receipt.
